History
Orsini Tartufi is a small Italian company located in the province of Frosinone in the heart of Ciociaria, land famous for folk traditions and authentic flavors. Born and raised in a family of miners truffle hobby, the holder Fernando has decided to turn this passion into family activities; over 10 years now can boast of personal experience in the field. Along with people you trust, circa 50 miners throughout the country and according to the season and a careful selection, offers the market a quality product and unique flavors.
The company
We have 2 hectares of suitable land to the cultivation of the prized black, currently in production from existing natural truffle from 20 years. Our project is to deforest and regenerate the estate with truffle plants of different species such as oak, carpino, core. The cutting design and arrangement of the terrain is almost finished. The plants will be placed planted in November 2016. Our objective is the export of Italian truffles in European capitals constituting the foreign stores in the future.
