Consumption and Conservation: edible, but unappreciated and digestible. It loses smell and taste by cooking, becoming spongy; it is therefore recommended to consume sliced raw, on all preparations which means enhancing. For storage it is recommended to wrap individually in absorbent paper which should be replaced every two days. Close it then in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator in the least cold, for up to 5-6 days.
