Availability in the market: December / April;
Consumption and Conservation: raw or cooked, slightly heated with extra virgin olive oil, a clove of garlic and salt, thus enhance its scents. It must not fry. Ideal on omelettes, pasta, risotto, salads, toasted bread. For storage it is recommended to wrap individually in absorbent paper which should be replaced every two days. Close it then in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator in the least cold for a maximum of 6-7 days.
